For private parties, you and your guests have exclusive use of the pools and facilities during the time specified.
Parties may only be booked and hosted by Robin Hill Pool members. The person must be a RHP member in good standing and must be on site during the entire pool party.
Reservations are first-come, first-served. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure the date.
All parties require a minimum of 72 hours notice to ensure staff availability.
Person making the pool party reservation must be 21 years of age or older.
Party hours listed are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time, so please do not wait until pool closing is called to begin cleaning up. All guests must leave the premises by the end time specified or an additional $160/hour fee will apply for each hour (or portion of an hour) after the ending time.
For parties with 1-49 guests, two lifeguards and one manager are included in the rental fee.
For parties with 50-99 guests, three lifeguards and one manager, or two lifeguards and two managers will be staffed.
If you wish to have an additional lifeguard on duty for safety purposes beyond what is provided, please select the option to add a lifeguard (rate is $65 per hour with a two-hour minimum).
An additional hour of pool rental (in addition to the rental period selected) may be available at the rate of $160 for the additional hour. If we are not able to accommodate staffing for the extra hour, the additional fee will be refunded.
Outside food and drink is allowed. All beverages must be in unbreakable containers.
If you'd like to use the grills, there is a $20 rental fee. (We have a propane grill and a charcoal grill. Fuel is included in the rental fee for the grills.)
- Note: For insurance purposes, the Robin Hill Pool member must be on site for the entirety of the pool party.
POOL PARTY RULES:
For all pool parties, normal 10-minute rest breaks will be observed at 10 minutes to each hour.
No glass containers are allowed anywhere on pool property.
No smoking or vaping within the pool gates.
Staffing is subject to seniority and availability. You cannot request specific managers or guards.

NOTE: Payment of the pool rental fee must be made in full to secure the requested date. Your party will not be reserved until this fee is paid. Your pool party is not confirmed until you have submitted your reservation request and the pool rental fee, received a confirmation e-mail from Robin Hill Pool (AND responded to that e-mail).
Weather policy: If it is sprinkling, cool, and cloudy with no signs of lighting/thunder, the pool party will proceed. The only exception is inclement weather, as determined at the discretion of the Pool Manager. You agree to provide 48 hours notice of pool party cancellation or your pool rental fee will be forfeited in full. Robin Hill Pool reserves the right to postpone or cancel a pool party reservation due to emergencies (i.e., severe weather, chemical or filtration problems). In this case, a refund of the rental fee will be made, or a mutually-agreeable alternate date may be substituted in lieu of a refund.
Cancellation Policy: No refund if canceled less than 48 hours before the party. 75% refund if canceled 3-7 days before the party date. 50% refund if canceled 8-14 days before party date. Full refund (minus $25 to cover credit card transaction fees) if canceled 15+ days before party date. See weather policy for weather-related postponement or cancellation.
